- PANDEMIC POLICY
- New Cancellation Policy: Supersedes all other cancelation polices during COVID 19. Booking dates can be changed without fees, depending on availability this year. Alternatively, a voucher can be issued for the amount paid for this year, to be used by the end of the season 2021.
- REGULAR POLICY
- If cancelled with more then 30 days 20% of the deposit will be charged.
- If the booking is cancelled with less than 30 days before check-in date you will forfeit the $450.00 USD per room booked.
- In the event of a no show booking and/or reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
- All refunds have to be made on the same credit card that the payment was done originally. If for some reason it’s impossible, the guest will get a credit to use towards a future visit depending on availability of a cottage for the number of people.
